Each clinic runs in its own separate system with its own database. Every connection is encrypted, staff sign in with their own accounts and roles, and important actions are logged.
Do my patients need an app or an account?
No. Patients fill in forms, sign consents and see quotes from secure one-time links or a QR code at your reception, on any phone.
Can I bring my existing patient list?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file; DORA checks every row first, shows you any problems and likely duplicates, and only then imports.
Which languages does DORA support?
English and Tamil for your team today, with Spanish also available. Patient forms let each patient pick their language.
What do I need to run it?
Just a modern web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install.
How do I pay?
Online by UPI, card or net banking through a secure payment gateway. Every payment comes with an invoice.
